A Charge That Keeps Up

How Ultra-Rapid 300kW Charging in the West of Ireland Saves You Time

I’m back.

Let’s talk about how busy we all are, kids, jobs, insane regimes, bosses shouting at us, traffic, forgot kid’s lunches, doctor appointments, plumber is calling, forgot to charge the car, S*$t!

When Máire Munnaly drops her two feral kids at school in Salthill and races back across town to her meeting in Ballybrit, she can’t afford delays. Or when Seán, a logistics manager for his medtech logistics firm, needs his van charged and back on the road before the next job to Athlone, speed isn’t a luxury it’s a necessity. That’s why ultra-rapid 300kWh charging in the West of Ireland isn’t just a buzzword—it’s now a solution for people who are always on the move. And we are lucky because this is a game changer

Picture this: Sean’s out running deliveries, and he pulls into our new Brite Ultra hub on Sandy Road. Instead of waiting 45 minutes or more like at older chargers, his EV gets back up to speed in less than 20 minutes. That’s time saved, appointments met, kids collected, work done. Also he hasnt had to park across a footpath blocking wheelchairs, he doesnt have to back into a space, he can turn safely and isn’t going to kill someone. Peace! Finally! Coffee!

What Makes It Different for Time-Poor Users

Location & Access

Brite Ultra is conveniently located off the N6 in Sandy Road, Galway City, close to Terryland Retail Park, Maldron Hotel, and Terryland Forest Park, walk? For Mia, this means charging during school drop-off or while grabbing coffee and a quick walk is easy. For Seán, it means minimal detours, less downtime.

True Ultra-Rapid Power

This isn’t just fast—it’s ultra-rapid. The hub offers 300kWh DC chargers (among other high-capacity units), letting electric vehicles regain most of their battery in a fraction of the time older chargers need. For people juggling schedules, that makes all the difference. Watch out for our contest each month where users who achieve the highest charge speed at out new Ultra site get’s their session refunded. Designed for All Users, Including Fleets

As we said, turning circles and high-clearance bays are built into the design so buses, vans, and even HGVs or vehicles with trailers can use the hub without tight manoeuvres. For businesses with multiple vehicles or tourism operators, this kind of access matters and also, we can work with you to park your EV for you after your session ends. You don’t have to come back to site, we are fully covered insurance wise.

Payment & Invoicing Made Simple

You can pay by card, via app. Need receipts? They’re digital, instant via the app. For a tap session you can email support@brite.ie and we will get you an invoice back with 2 - 4 weeks depending on the time of year. Need invoicing for the company? Not a problem. Brite’s systems support business users just as well as private drivers.

Reliability Around the Clock

With AI monitored cameras, lighting, and signage enforcing correct usage, Brite Ultra is monitored 24/7. For anyone charging early in the morning or after dark, that peace of mind is crucial.

Why This Matters

For someone like Mia, who’s balancing family, school, work, Gaelic, tennis, doctors, every minute counts. Ultra-rapid EV charging in Galway means fewer stops, less waiting. For someone like Seán, whose fleet’s efficiency translates directly into profit, reliability and speed affect bottom lines. And more broadly, our fast, well-positioned charging hubs help boost EV adoption across the West of Ireland, encouraging more people to switch for environmental and financial reasons.

If you're someone who values your time, i know I do, (I have zero time) whether for family or business Brite Ultra isn’t just another charging station it’s designed to keep you moving.
