Brite membership: pre-contract information and terms

Version 2026-10-v2 · Applies to sessions from 12 October 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

Brite Charging Limited, a company registered in Ireland under company number 776320. Registered office: First Floor, Block 1, Galway Financial Services Centre, Moneenageisha Road, Galway. support@brite.ie · +353 91 355 823. These membership terms apply together with our general charging terms and conditions. Where the two differ on membership, these membership terms apply.

2. What the membership is

A monthly subscription that refunds you 3 cent (inc VAT) for every kWh of DC rapid charging between 7am and midnight, on any day, paid by contactless with your registered card at any Brite charger: Galway Retail Park, Lidl The Plaza and Sandy Road (Brite Ultra). It applies to sessions from 12 October 2026. Standard prices are shown at the charger and on brite.ie/pricing. The refund does not apply to night-rate charging (midnight to 7am), AC charging, payments made through the Charge Assist app or any other app, or roaming-card payments.

3. How the discount is paid

You keep paying the standard rate at the charger. On the 1st of each month we multiply the eligible kWh your registered card bought in the previous month by 3 cent and refund that amount to the same card. You receive an emailed statement showing each session included and how your refund was calculated. The refund applies to energy only.

4. Price and billing

EUR 3.99 per month inc VAT, charged to your card by Stripe on the day you join and on the same day each month. No minimum term.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time with no notice period through the link in any statement, on brite.ie/members-cancel, or by emailing support@brite.ie. Billing stops at the next billing date. Refunds for sessions before cancellation are still paid.

6. 14-day cooling-off

You may cancel within 14 days of joining and receive a full refund of the membership fee. Charging you paid for is not refunded beyond the member rebate.

7. Your card

Card details are collected and held by Stripe. Brite keeps the card brand, last four digits, expiry and a Stripe card reference, and matches those against Brite's card payment records (from its payment terminal provider and acquirer) to identify your sessions. You consent to that matching by joining. You can register more than one card by contacting support.

8. Limits

Rebates are capped at 400 kWh per member per month. A membership is for one person's own charging; commercial fleets should contact Brite.

9. Changes

Brite may change the refund per kWh or the fee with 30 days' notice by email. You can cancel before any change takes effect.
